Craig Klinker

Mr. Klinker is the is the head of Technical Architecture for RZWare, in this role he oversees technical design specifications on projects. Prior to joining RZWare, Mr. Klinker has held various development, and technical design positions for companies including CTO of View my Life, a start-up consumer portal application; CTO for Intranext, a custom software developer specializing in CTI integration with legacy systems such as CSG; Sr Software developer for Trans Union a credit reporting bureau.

Michael Healy

Mr. Healy is the is the head of development for RZWare, in this role he oversees the release management process on projects. Prior to joining RZWare, Mr. Healy has held various development positions for companies including Sr. Developer for View my Life, a start-up consumer portal application; Sr. Application Specialist for Intranext a custom software developer specializing in CTI integration with legacy systems such as CSG; Sr Software developer for Avaya.

J. Scott Landers

Mr. Landers is the is the head of Business Strategy for RZWare, in this role he helps clients define business requirements for projects. Prior to joining RZWare, Mr. Landers has held various consulting, product development and marketing positions in the telecommunications industry. He was a Director of Video Products at Adelphia Communications, Director of Interactive Television at DISH Network, and consulted to the Telecommunications industry on customer service, e-commerce and new product development with Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management and Computer Science from Purdue University and a MBA in Finance from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.

Patrick Vertovec

Mr. Vertovec is the is the head of Project Management for RZWare, in this role he oversees project execution. Prior to joining RZWare, Mr. Vertovec has held various Technical management positions with over 20 years experience in development, deployment, integration and operations of digital media and consulting services positions in the telecommunications industry. He was a Senior Director of IT/Online Services at Time Warner Cable, Director of Technical Services for Comcast Online, Director of Engineering for Jones Intercable, and consulted to the Telecommunications industry with Computer Sciences Corporation and Price Waterhouse. He holds a BA, Mass Communications, Western Illinois University, a MS, Management, Lesley College, and a MS, Computer Information Systems, University of Denver.
